Details of the

3rd Annual TMES Golf Tournament and Silent Auction:

 

Event date: Saturday, April 25 th , 2009

Event place: Isleta Eagle Golf Course

Event times: 8:00 am- Shotgun start for tournament players

12:00 pm – Silent Auction and lunch begins for all non-players

 

Player information and tournament rules:

  • The tournament format is a four person, select shot “Scramble”, shotgun start, 18 hole tournament. Each player hits a shot from the tee. The team selects the best shot. All players then hit a shot from that point. The team then continues until the ball is holed. Only one score is recorded per team, per hole.
  • Each team must use at least one drive from each player on both the front nine and the back nine.
  • Mulligans may be purchased on the day of the event at the registration table prior to the start of play. No limit on how many mulligans each player may purchase!
  • Prizes will be awarded for:
    • 1 st , 2 nd , 3 rd place teams (prize given to each player)
    • several games including- Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive , Hole-in-one, etc.
  • Foursome teams will receive a discounted price from the individual price as follows:
    • Foursome Team Registration = $425 per team
    • Individual Registration = $115 per person
  • Registration includes:
    • Green fees, cart fees, range balls, goodie bag, silent auction buffet lunch following the tournament
  • Players may sign up now (preferred) or on the day of the event and may pay by cash, check (made out to ‘TMES') or can be invoiced.

 

Silent Auction and lunch information:

  • All non-tournament-players may join in on the fun by joining us for a buffet lunch and the Silent Auction for only $12.00 per person starting at 12:00 pm on the day of the event.
  • Silent Auction bidding will go on until 30 minutes after the last team finishes play. Winners of auction items will be announced immediately after, during lunch.
  • Items may be paid for by cash, check or can be invoiced (if necessary).
  • All money made supports the education of TMES students!

 

Sponsorship information:

  • A ‘ Hole Sponsorship' is $150 per hole and includes-
    • A sign next to one of the course holes on the day of the event with the business name on it.
    • Business name on selected tournament print items and mass emails.
  • An ‘ Overall Sponsorship' is $500 and includes-
    • A sign next to one of the course holes on the day of the event with the business name on it.
    • Business name / logo on selected tournament print items and mass emails.
    • Business name / logo on our website, www.tmesnm.com , for an entire year with a link to the sponsor's business website.
    • Business logo on the large event sign at the course.
    • Business name / logo in a TMES newsletter.
