About The Montessori Elementary School
Established in 2005, The Montessori Elementary School (TMES) is a charter school in the Albuquerque Public Schools district. TMES currently serves students from kindergarten through sixth grade from Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. TMES classes incorporate the Montessori philosophy and curriculum, with weekly Suzuki Violin lessons, art and general music classes. All students and parents participate in the Suzuki Violin Method and take lessons in violin.

- Don't miss our 'Meet TMES' day on February 21, 2009, from 2:00-4:00 pm! This is the best opportunity to see our new building, meet TMES staff, hear TMES students play violin and get your questions answered! It is also the first day 2009-2010 admission applications will be available. Please join us for this once a year event!
